Pool room

Seated Capacity: 40 Standing Capacity: 50

The Pool Room at Gallo’s Tap Room Bethel has two pool tables and a shuffle board that can be available for use dependent on the size of your party and the amount of food ordered.

Patio

Seated Capacity: 40 Standing Capacity: 50

The patio at Gallo’s Tap Room is partly covered and partly uncovered to allow for smoking and non smoking sections.

Main Dining

Seated Capactity: 120: Standing Capacity: 175

The main dining area features 30 TVs for all the sports fans and a bar directly in the middle that can be reached anywhere in the main dining area.

Entire Restaurant

Seated Capacity: 200 Standing Capacity: 250

During the summer when it is warm and no football, we would be able to accept events that book the entire restaurant.

General Questions and Policies

Food and Beverage Minimums: Each specific space at Gallo’s Tap Room has a designated food and beverage minimum. The maximum rental time varies based on the day and start time of the event.

Gratuity, Tax, and Fees: Food and beverage minimums do not include 20% gratuity and applicable sales tax. All private events are subject to 20% automatic gratuity that will be added to the final bill at the end of the event. Additional tips are welcome but not required. A 3.5% credit card fee is applied to the bill with usage of credit card. Debit cards and cash will not include the 3.5% processing fee.

Deposits: We require a 20% non-refundable deposit two weeks prior to your event that will go towards your minimum spending amount. We accept deposits via credit/debit card, certified check, or cash.

Food selection: To ensure the best experience for your event at Gallo’s Tap Room Bethel we require a finalized menu two weeks prior to your event.

Damages: The host of the event and guests assume the responsibility for any damages that occur to the premises and property of Gallo’s. A service charge will be assessed to the person(s) named responsible for the contract; this includes damages to walls, flooring, and furniture.

Holiday Rates: As we are a family owned restaurant we recognize more holidays than your traditional chain restaurant. If you have a holiday date in mind that is outside of normal business hours we may be able to accommodate your party depending on staff availability subject to a higher spending minimum.

Additional Charges:

Soda Flat Fee: $3 a head

Signature Drinks/Batched Drinks: Please inquire

Extra Staffing: The event managers will staff according to your event, but if you request additional/specific staffing an additional fee may be added.

Linens: The event managers will linen the required tables, if additional linens are requested an additional fee will be added.
